Is the free plan really free?
Yes, while we're in open beta. You get one site, 500 MB of storage, free SSL, and a free .com.ng for the first year. We'll give 30 days notice before any free-tier change.
Can I install my own plugins and themes?
Yes. We don't block plugins. We do disable a small list known to conflict with managed caching (full list in your dashboard).
Will you migrate my site for me?
Yes, on paid plans. Send us your current host's credentials or a wp-content backup and we'll move you in under 24 hours.
Where is my site hosted?
Microsoft Azure South Africa North today. We'll add Lagos and Nairobi regions as they come online.
